REFERENCE VERIFICATION POLICY: All scopists who wish to be listed on the T3 Find a Scopist page must provide at least two verifiable references. T3 will attempt to verify these references via an e-mail questionnaire, and if T3 receives no response, T3 will e-mail the scopist the proper information to forward on to their reporter. To prevent fraud, T3 will randomly verify received references via telephone . Questions will concern length of time working together, reliability with due dates, quality of completed transcript, etc. ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS WILL NOT BE POSTED. NO INFORMATION WHATSOEVER CONCERNING REFERENCES WILL BE POSTED. T3 will only post that the references have, indeed, been positively verified. All references must be from reporters that the scopist has completed work for. T3 cannot accept scopist firms or organizations, as each individual scopist listed must have their own, personal references verified. Please allow T3 at least five business days to verify references and post your scopist listing before contacting support concerning your listing on the Find a Scopist page. T3 uses reasonable care in verifying references, however, T3 does not guarantee satisfaction with any listed person or their work. T3 assumes no liability for any and all interactions between reporters and scopists.
