T3 Professional

PRICE:  $19.95 per month

Activating any T3 account allows the account purchaser and four other people access to the T3 system. Only the account purchaser pays any fees, the other people on the account do not. Each T3 account can add unlimited users, but additional fees apply as follows:

0-5 users = $19.95 per month
6-10 users = $39.90 per month
11-15 users = $59.85 per month

Each escalation into the next group of 5 users raises the fee by $19.95 per month

Choosing a T3 Professional account will place an immediate charge of $19.95 on the card you use.  After the first month, your credit card will be automatically charged $19.95 per month on the same day the account is started (ex: account started on Sep 5th; monthly charge will occur on the 5th of each subsequent month) until the account is terminated by the account holder. Accounts may be cancelled at any time.

T3 does not offer retroactive refunds under any circumstances. Whether cancellation occurs one day or ten days, five hours or three weeks, after the monthly charge has processed, T3 does not refund past charges upon cancellation. Cancellation will stop ALL FUTURE CHARGES but does not negate ANY PAST CHARGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Example: monthly fee charges on the first, cancellation happens on the 3rd. This does not qualify for a retroactive refund. Further, frequency of use is not a consideration. Customers may use T3 as much or as little as they choose. T3 usage is completely at the customer's discretion. Example: customer has not used T3 in the previous two months. This does not qualify for a retroactive refund.

T3 Professional Pay-Per-Use

Pay per use accounts have been discontinued for all but those who have grandfathered in.

Activating any T3 account allows the account purchaser and four other people access to the T3 system. Only the account purchaser pays any fees, the other people on the account do not.

The T3 Pay-Per-Use account is limited to a total of 5 users per account. Account holders can add and remove people as they choose, but there can not be more than five people on the account at any given time.

**Hint: If you have need for more than five people transferring files, you will find any of our monthly or annual plans much more cost effective for you.

The $49.95 setup fee is a one-time fee (*see hibernation policy) and covers the setup of the account holder and up to four additional people.  A $4.95 charge will be placed on the account holder's card at the beginning of each month for each successful transfer that occurred in the previous month. A "successful transfer" is defined as files successfully uploaded and successfully downloaded.  Returning transcripts from scopists to reporters DOES NOT count as a transfer and WILL NOT be charged as a transfer.

T3 HIGHLY ENCOURAGES PURCHASERS OF THE PAY PER USE PROGRAM TO THOROUGHLY REVIEW THE TERMS OF THE PAY PER USE ACCOUNT. T3 WILL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, DEVIATE FROM THESE TERMS DUE TO A LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF THESE TERMS. PLEASE FULLY QUERY T3 BEFORE PURCHASING IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS WHATSOEVER.  PAY PER USE ACCOUNTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF T3'S HIBERNATION POLICY.

Please be aware that T3 DOES NOT TRACK WHAT EXACTLY IS SENT BETWEEN REPORTERS AND SCOPISTS! All T3 sees is whether it was successfully uploaded and successfully downloaded. Whether you send a text file of 1 MB or a 200 MB audio file, T3 will view both as a successful transfer and will charge accordingly.

What's the difference between T3 Essential and T3 Pro?

There are three primary differences between T3 Pro and T3 Essential.

Optimize for Speed Feature  Both T3 Pro and Essential contain the Optimize for Quality setting, but only T3 Pro contains the Optimize for Speed setting.  This setting can greatly decrease the amount of time it takes to transfer a file.  There are many factors to consider, but as a generalization, let's take an Eclipse audio file of 100 MB.  In the Quality setting of T3, T3 will compress that file down to appx. 45 MB before beginning upload.  In the Speed setting of T3, T3 will compress that file down to appx. 12 MB before beginning upload.  Obviously, it will take much longer to upload 45 MB of data compared to 12.  Remember, these figures are only generalizations.  Different CAT systems, different internal settings, different recording settings, etc., will yield significantly different results. 

Automatic Resume Feature  Only T3 Pro contains the Automatic Resume feature.  If your Internet connection is interrupted, for any reason, T3 will stop the upload or download, wait until the connection is present again, then Automatically Resume the transfer from the point it was stopped.  Almost all other services require users to start all over from the beginning when interruptions occur.

Dual Install Feature  Only T3 Pro contains the Dual Install feature.  T3 Pro users can place each copy of T3 on two computers.  T3 Essential users may only install T3 on one computer.

How soon can I get my T3?

All T3 orders (apart from Refer-a-Friend rewards orders) are automated to instantly email T3 and all instructions, license numbers, etc., to all recipients. If you experience any issue in receiving your T3 immediately via email, be sure to check your junk, bulk or spam folders. If you still have not received the proper information, please contact our support staff, and someone will be happy to assist you ASAP.

T3's Account Hibernation Policy

If the T3 Pay Per Use account remains dormant (no transfers) for a period of twelve months, the Pay Per Use license will be revoked.  Pay per use users will need to migrate to a monthly plan if they wish to resume their T3 account again after 12 months of dormancy.  

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE TO THIS T3 PAY PER USE ACCOUNT POLICY
